Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. During high order volume periods, launches, quality-control holds, or supplier/carrier constraints, processing times may be extended. In rare instances, processing may take up to 30 days before shipment. If your order is affected by an extended processing time, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Tracking Your Order

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, shipping timelines and delivery are handled by the carrier.
If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package:

We are not responsible for stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist with carrier claims or next steps.
Damaged Items

International Shipping (If Applicable)
